just add chicken
1. Preheat oven to 180° C.
2. In a roasting pan, place 1 whole chicken cut into pieces.
3. Pour over the cooking sauce and mix it well.
4. Roast until the chicken is cooked through well (about 45’). If you want to roast the chicken with potatoes, pour over the cooking sauce and mix it well, so it covers both the chicken and the potatoes.
Tip: To give even more exotic taste, pour over the chicken with a little of coconut milk the last 10 minutes of cooking.
