• 15 artichokes (fresh or frozen)
• 1 GREEK at HOME cooking sauce for Classic Casserole “Lemonato”
• 40ml olive oil (approximately 2 ½ tablespoons)
• 3 carrots, sliced
• 4 potatoes, coarsely chopped
• ½ bunch of dill, finely chopped
1. In a wide pot, heat the oil and sauté the potatoes.
2. Add the carrots and artichokes, sautéing for 1-2 minutes.
3. Pour the entire GREEK at HOME cooking sauce and mix well.
4. Cook covered over medium heat for about 30-40 minutes, until the dish is cooked. During this time, check and add a little water if needed. Just before removing from heat, add the finely chopped dill.
Serving suggestion
Serve the dish in portions.
