Cooking instructions

For the patties

1. In a bowl, place 130g of GREEK at HOME mixture, ¾ cup of water (180ml), 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and mix well. Allow the ingredients to hydrate for 2 minutes.

2. Add the minced meat and knead well.

3. Shape 8 patties (about 150g each) or the size of your preference and grill or pan-fry them.

For assembly

Toast the burger bun. On the base, spread a spoonful of mayonnaise mixed with mustard. Then layer lettuce, tomato, the patty, a slice of cheddar, and close with the bun top, on which you put ketchup.

Serving suggestion

Serve the burger with freshly fried potatoes.

Tip: To make the burgers even juicier, replace 1/3 of the water with freshly grated tomato.
