• 10 colorful peppers, cut into sticks
• 1 GREEK at HOME cooking sauce for Roast “Lemonato”
• 3-4 fresh green onions, sliced
For the rice
• 1 package of wild rice
• 1 tablespoon butter
• Salt
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Arrange the chopped peppers in a baking dish. Sprinkle with the chopped onion and pour the entire GREEK at HOME sauce over them, spreading it evenly to cover all.
3. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
For the rice
1. Cook the rice in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and place in a deep dish.
2. While the rice is still warm, add the butter and stir to coat evenly.
Serving suggestion
Serve the rice and top with the peppers and sauce.
Tip: You can add chopped mushrooms to the peppers.
