• 1 chicken, cut into portions
• 1 GREEK at HOME cooking sauce for Roast “Lemonato”
• 4 large potatoes
• Salt-pepper
• A little fresh rosemary
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Wash the potatoes well, cut them into cubes, season with salt and pepper, and spread them in a baking dish. Place the chicken on top.
3. Pour the entire GREEK at HOME cooking sauce over and spread it to cover both the chicken and the potatoes.
4. Bake for about 1 hour until the dish is cooked.
Serving suggestion
Serve the potatoes and chicken on a plate, drizzle some sauce from the baking dish over them, and sprinkle with a little fresh rosemary.
Tip: For a crispier crust, sprinkle a little kefalotyri cheese over the chicken in the last 20 minutes of baking.
