Cooking instructions

For the meatballs

1. In a bowl, place 130g of GREEK at HOME mixture, ¾ cup of water (180ml), 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and mix well.

2. Add the minced meat and knead thoroughly.

3. Divide the minced meat into 8-10 pieces, depending on the desired size.

4. Cut the smoked cheese into equal pieces, 1 piece per meatball.

5. Shape the meatballs, placing the smoked cheese in the middle.

6. Place them in a baking dish next to each other and bake as usual.

For the buttery carrots

1. Boil the carrots for about 15 minutes, until they soften.

2. Drain.

3. In a non-stick pan, add the butter and once it’s heated, add the carrots and glaze for 2-3 minutes.

Serving suggestion

Serve the meatballs with the glazed carrots.

Tip: You can enhance the flavor of the carrots with a balsamic glaze with citrus undertones.
