Ingredients

For the meatballs

• 1kg minced beef

• 130g GREEK at HOME mixture for Burger Patty “Bifteki”

• 180ml water (approximately ¾ cup)

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Roquefort sauce

• 100g Roquefort cheese

• 1 small package of cream (100g)

• 100g coarsely chopped walnuts

Cooking instructions

For the meatballs

1. In a bowl, place 130g of GREEK at HOME mixture, ¾ cup of water (180ml), 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and mix well.

2. Add the minced meat and knead thoroughly.

3. Shape the meatballs to the desired size and cook them as usual.

For the Roquefort sauce

In a small saucepan, heat the cream, add crumbled Roquefort cheese, stir, and as soon as it comes to a boil, remove from heat.

Serving suggestion

Serve the meatballs individually or on a platter, pour the Roquefort sauce over them, and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

Serve with a refreshing salad.

Tip: Alternatively, use a mix of cheddar and gruyere for the sauce.
