• 1kg veal shoulder, cut into medium-sized pieces
• 1 GREEK at HOME cooking sauce for Classic Casserole “Kokinisto”
• 40ml olive oil (approximately 2 1/2 tablespoons)
• 500ml water (approximately 1 1/2 cups)
• 1kg green beans, cleaned

1. Season the veal with salt and pepper, then sauté it in olive oil over high heat until it turns golden brown.
2. Add the entire GREEK at HOME cooking sauce, about 1 ½ cups of water (500ml), and mix well.
3. Cook covered over medium heat for about 2 hours until the meat boils. During this time, check the dish and add a little water if needed.
4. 30 minutes before removing the dish from the heat, add the green beans (and add a little water if needed).
5. Continue boiling for another 30 minutes until the dish boils and the sauce thickens.
Serving suggestion
Serve the veal with green beans on a plate, garnish with fresh mint, and accompany it with feta cheese and oregano.
Tip: You can add 3 potatoes, cut into large cubes, to the green beans.
