Cooking instructions

1. Season the beef with salt and pepper, then sauté it in olive oil over high heat until it becomes brown on all sides.

2. Add the entire GREEK at HOME cooking sauce, about 2 cups of water (500ml), and mix well. Cook with a covered lid over medium heat for about 2 hours until the meat is cooked, and the sauce thickens. During cooking, check the food and add a little water if needed.

3. In a small pot, add plenty of water and salt it well.

4. Before the water boils, rinse the quinoa under running water for 1 minute using a strainer.

5. Add the quinoa to the small pot, boil for 10 to 12 minutes, and strain.

Serving suggestion

Serve the quinoa on a platter. Place the braised beef on top and sprinkle with fresh mint.

Tip: If using a pressure cooker, cook for 50 minutes until the meat becomes tender.
