1. Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
2. In a roasting pan, place one chicken cut into 8 pieces. Add about a kilo of medium sized oven potatoes quartered.
3. Pour over the cooking sauce and mix it well, so it covers both the chicken and the potatoes.
4. Roast until the chicken is cooked through well (about 1 hour).
Tip: For even crispier crust, sprinkle over the chicken grated pistachios while cooking, and kefalotyri cheese the last 20 minutes of baking.180°C/350°F
