GREEK CLASSIC CASSEROLE WITH LEMON & ROSEMARY_B

Let’s cook

1. In a large pot, heat some olive oil & sauté 8 bone-in chicken thighs (about 1kg), until well browned.
2. Add the cooking sauce, ½ cup of water (150ml) and stir well. Bring to a boil.
3. Cover the pot and simmer over low-medium heat until the chicken is cooked through (about 45’).
4. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes and enjoy!
During cooking, check if any additional water is needed.

Tip: For an exotic flavour, add freshly grated ginger while cooking and serve with aromatic rice.
