Let's cook

1. Preheat oven to 170°C/340°F.
2. Place 1 1/2 kg of lamb cut into small portions in a roasting pan.
3. Pour the cooking sauce over the lamb and mix well.
4. Bake in the oven for about 90 minutes or till the meat is tender.
