just add ground beef
(for 5 burgers of 130g each)
1. In a bowl, add 1 sachet (65g) of the GREEK at HOME mix, about 1/2 cup of water, 1tbsp olive oil and mix well.
2. Add 1/2kg minced beef and knead well.
3. Shape the mixture into burgers of your preferred shape and cook them as usual.
Tip: For even juicier patties, replace 1/3 of the water with freshly grated tomatoes.
