• 1 chicken, approximately 1 1/2 kg, cut into 6-8 portions
• 1 GREEK at HOME cooking sauce for Roast “Melomeno”
• 1 kg potatoes
• 3 carrots
• Salt-pepper
1. Clean the potatoes and carrots, and cut them into cubes.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
3. Spread the potatoes and carrots in a baking dish or casserole and lightly season with salt and pepper.
4. Place the chicken on top of the vegetables.
5. Pour the entire GREEK at HOME cooking sauce over the chicken and spread it well to cover both the chicken and the vegetables.
6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the meat is cooked, and the vegetables and potatoes are mashed.
Tip: For perfectly caramelized chicken, reserve a small amount of the sauce and baste the chicken 10 minutes before removing the dish from the oven.
