Ingredients

For the meatballs

• 1kg mixed minced meat (70% beef, 30% pork)
130g GREEK at HOME mixture for Burger Patty “Bifteki”
• 180ml water (¾ cup)
• 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the warm potato salad

• 1kg potatoes
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 50g strained yogurt
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh onion
• 50ml mayonnaise
• 40g sun-dried tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon capers
• 1 tablespoon pickled cucumber
• Salt and pepper

Cooking instructions

For the meatballs

1. In a bowl, place 130g of GREEK at HOME mixture, ¾ cup of water (180ml), 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and mix well.

2. Add the minced meat and knead well.

3. Shape the meatballs to the desired size and cook them as usual.

For the warm potato salad

1. Blend the sun-dried tomato, pickled cucumber, and capers in a blender and mix with mayonnaise. Place the boiled potatoes in cubes while they are still warm in a bowl and add sequentially the herbs, sun-dried tomato mayonnaise, mustard, yogurt. If needed, adjust salt and pepper, and mix gently.

2. Serve 2-3 meatballs and a generous portion of warm potato salad in each serving.

Tip: For even juicier patties, replace 1/3 of the water with freshly grated tomatoes.
