• 1 chicken, cut into portions
• 1 GREEK at HOME cooking sauce for Roast “Lemonato”
• 1 pack of asparagus
• 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Place the chicken in a baking dish, pour the entire GREEK at HOME sauce, and spread it well to cover the chicken.
3. Bake for about 1 hour, until the chicken is cooked.
4. 15 minutes before turning off the oven, add the asparagus to the baking dish, placing them between the chicken pieces. Carefully shake to ensure the sauce covers everything, and continue baking.
Serving suggestion
Serve the chicken with asparagus on a plate and pour the sauce over it.
Tip: Along with the asparagus, you can add coarsely chopped dry onion.
