Method

For turkey patties

1. In a bowl, add 100g of the COOK at HOME mix, ½ cup of water (150ml), 2 tbsp. olive oil and mix well.
2. Add the ground meat and knead well.
3. Shape the mixture into patties of your preferred size, and cook as usual.
For quinoa salad

1. Boil the quinoa for 10-15 minutes in about 1 ½ cup of lightly-salted water (400ml). Let cool.
2. Whisk all the ingredients for the dressing together.
3. Mix all the ingredients for the salad with the quinoa and pour over the dressing.

Ingredients

For turkey patties

• 1kg ground turkey
100g COOK at HOME FITNESS mix for patties
• 150ml water (about ½ cup)
• 2 tbsp. olive oil

For quinoa salad

• 200g quinoa
• 1 carrot, grated
• 1 avocado in cubes
• 50g pomegranate
• A few baby arugula leaves
• 400ml water (about 1 ½ cup of water)
• Salt

For dressing

• 50ml olive oil (about 3 tbsp.)
• 50ml orange juice (3 tbsp.)
• 30ml lemon juice (2 tbsp.)
• 30g honey
• Orange zest
• Salt – black pepper

Tip: To give extra freshness to your patties, add a few chopped coriander leaves – a perfect match for minced chicken.
