Let’s knead:

(for 17-18 meatballs of 38g each)
1. In a bowl, add 1 sachet (65g) of the GREEK at HOME mix, about 1/2 cup of water, 1tbsp olive oil and mix well.
2. Add 1/2kg minced meat (beef and/or pork) and knead well.
3. Shape the mixture into balls and fry or cook them as usual.
