just add ground chicken
(for 5 burgers of 125g each)
1. In a bowl, add 2 1/2 tbsp of the GREEK at HOME mix, about 1/2 cup of water, 1tbsp olive oil and mix well.
2. Add 1/2kg minced chicken and knead well.
3. Shape the mixture into burgers of your preferred shape and cook as usual.
Tip: To give extra freshness to your patties, add a few chopped coriander leaves – a perfect match for minced chicken.
