Method

For patties

1. In a bowl, add 130g of the COOK at HOME mix, ¾ cup of water (180ml), 2 tbsp. olive oil and mix well.
2. Add the ground meat and knead well.
3. Shape the mixture into patties of your preferred size, and cook as usual.

For creamy potato salad

1. Beat the sun-dried tomatoes, the pickled cucumber and the capers in a blender and then mix with the mayonnaise. Place the boiled potatoes warm and diced in a bowl. Add in order the spices, the sun-dried tomato mayonnaise mix, the mustard, the yogurt and mix gently. Add salt and pepper if needed.
2. Serve 2-3 patties along with a large portion of warm potato salad.

Ingredients

For patties

• 1kg mixed ground meat (70% beef – 30% pork)

130g COOK at HOME mix for fluffy patties
• 180ml water (¾ cup)
• 2 tbsp. olive oil

For creamy potato salad

• 1kg potatoes
• 1 tbsp. mustard
• 50g strained yogurt
• 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp. spring onion, finely chopped
• 50ml mayonnaise
• 40g sun-dried tomatoes
• 1 tbsp. capers
• 1 tbsp. pickled cucumbers
• Salt – pepper

Tip: For even juicier patties, replace 1/3 of the water with freshly grated tomatoes.
