• 1kg mixed minced meat (50% beef, 50% pork)
• 130g GREEK at HOME mixture for Burger Patty “Bifteki”
• 180ml water (¾ cup)
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 ½ kg potatoes
• 80ml olive oil (for the potatoes, about 1/3 cup)
• 2 tablespoons mustard
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
• 1 lemon
• 200ml water for the potatoes (about ¾ cup)
• Salt-pepper
1. In a bowl, place 130g of GREEK at HOME mixture, ¾ cup of water (180ml), 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and mix well.
2. Add the minced meat and knead thoroughly.
3. Shape the meatballs to the desired size.
4. In a bowl, place the potatoes cut into wedges or large cubes. Add olive oil (80ml), mustard, herbs, garlic, lemon juice and zest, salt, and pepper, and mix.
5. Spread the potatoes in a baking dish and pour about ¾ cup of water (200ml).
6. On top, add the meatballs and bake covered in a preheated oven at medium heat for about half an hour and then uncovered for another half, until they turn golden brown.
Tip: To make the meatballs even juicier, replace 1/3 of the water with freshly grated tomato.
