Method

For chicken patties

1. In a bowl, add 100g of the COOK at HOME mix, ½ cup of water (150ml), 2 tbsp. olive oil and mix well.
2. Add the ground chicken and knead well.
3. Let the mix covered for a few minutes in the fridge.
4. Shape the mixture into patties of your preferred size, and cook as usual.

For roast vegetables
1. Cut the vegetables into large slices, place them in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, add the savory, 2 tbsp. olive oil and mix well.
2. Cook the vegetables in the same frying pan you cooked the patties.

Serving Suggestion
Serve the patties with the roasted vegetables, seasoned with the balsamic cream.

Ingredients

For chicken patties

• 1kg ground chicken
100g COOK at HOME FITNESS mix for patties
• 150ml water (about ½ cup)
• 2 tbsp. olive oil

For roast vegetables
• 2 red bell peppers
• 2 yellow bell peppers
• 2 green bell peppers
• 2 eggplants
• 30ml balsamic cream (2 tbsp.)
• 1 tsp. savory
• 2 tbsp. olive oil
• Salt – pepper

Tip: To give extra freshness to your patties, add a few chopped coriander leaves – a perfect match for minced chicken.
